FAQs - For Employers

Yes. IRARA Care knows how essential it is that workers from overseas have excellent spoken and written English. As part of our screening service, we ensure that this is the case before we present any candidates to you for interview.
IRARA Care screens and interviews all our candidates to ensure they meet all the required standards before we present them to any prospective employer who can then choose to interview via Teams from the UK. IRARA Care will make all the necessary arrangements to support this process. All you have to do is decide if the candidate is a fit for your organisation.
IRARA Care already have many suitable, pre-screened candidates who are ready for interview, so the process can take as little as a few weeks. We are however keen to ensure the process is as smooth and thorough as possible for both the employer and the candidate so some, more complex cases can take longer.
The screening assesses the candidate’s qualification levels, their skills and experience in previous roles and their level of spoken and written English (proficient to B1 level). We also seek references from previous employers where possible and run a background check to validate the applicant’s employment and achievements and check their criminal record.
No. Only when you have selected a suitable candidate, and they commence their employment, will you pay any agreed fees.
We have a fixed fee approach dependent on the service levels you opt for. Please contact us with details of your requirements and we will be pleased to discuss the relevant costs with you.
