IRARA Care specialises in the recruitment of all levels of healthcare staff for care homes in the UK, including careers, registered nurses and cooks. We can also source managers or other skilled staff.
We can arrange a sponsor license if you do not currently recruit from abroad and arrange visas and work permits for suitably qualified candidates.
We have a strong pipeline of candidates via the skilled worker route from countries such as India and Sri Lanka.

Sponsor and Visa Service
The UK operates a points-based system for employing workers from outside the UK. Employers looking to employ overseas staff can sponsor them for a skilled worker visa so long as the job being offered meets the required skill level set out by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). Employers wishing to employ an overseas worker must first apply for a sponsor license before they can sponsor the overseas worker which IRARA Care can arrange.
